Creative Community Services provides services for Developmentally Disabled (DD) children living at home. Each program is unique and customized to meet a family’s individual needs.

Some of the services CCS can provide include:

• Development of recreational and social skills
• Improved self esteem and realization of potential
• After- school programming
• Life skills training
• Transportation training and assistance
• On-going support for participants and their families
• CCS Youth Group
