Started in 1982 by Executive Director Sally Buchanan, Creative Community Services Inc. (CCS) provides therapeutic foster care services for children and home-based support for developmentally disabled adults. CCS improves the quality of life for children, adults and families through its community-based support and services. CCS gives both kids and adults hope by encouraging independent living resulting in involved, engaged citizens and community members.
